We're looking for you! Commercial Employee (m/f/d) for our Online Shops

Who we are: We operate successful online shops on various sales platforms, specializing in travel luggage, Christmas decorations, and garden decor. Our goal is to offer our customers a first-class shopping experience. To achieve this, we are looking for active support in our commercial department.

Your tasks:

- Managing and maintaining product data in our shop system.

- Photographing articles and writing advertising texts with the help of AI and your own creativity

- Monitoring and optimizing order and payment processes.

- Customer service via email and phone (e.g., for inquiries, complaints, returns).

- Supporting the creation of offers, invoices, and credit notes.

- Close cooperation with warehousing, shipping, and other departments.

- Analyzing and reporting sales figures, as well as suggesting improvements.

- Continuous optimization of the shops using common tools such as Google

What you bring:

- A completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.

- Initial experience in e-commerce and working with online shops (e.g., Shopify, BillBee) is an advantage.

- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).

- Strong communication skills, service orientation, and an eye for detail.

- Independent, structured way of working and team spirit.

- Good German language skills, both written and spoken; English skills are a plus.

Type of position: Full-time, Permanent employment, unlimited

Gross salary: €2,200.00 - €2,800.00 per month

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
